Performance Place

Staff was amazing- I had to use the after hours drop off and pickup and they made it very easy. When I dropped my car off they sent me the most thorough diagnostic I’ve ever received on my car. As well as recommending what things could prove future issues. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold or pressured into anything. Each item on the diagnostic came with a detailed cost estimate. Will definitely be bringing any future car repairs here.

Performance Place has recently done major repairs on two of my vehicles. They have great communication while the work is being performed and what is to be expected. Fair pricing and great customer service!

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff were consistently kind and professional. The prices were fair and consistent with our phone discussion. I appreciated the complimentary vehicle health report; it was informative without being pushy.

I highly recommend this automotive company. They were fantastic to work with during a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was considering. Dylan was especially wonderful throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, even without an automotive background, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Dylan kept me updated throughout the day, walked me through the inspection results, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful, but they made the process simple, transparent, and professional. If you’re considering buying a car and want an honest, reputable company to perform an inspection, I would absolutely recommend them. Five stars across the board!

I’m more of a hobby mechanic and when my twin turbo truck started acting up I was in over my head. I knew if Performance Place could diagnose the problem then I could tackle it from there. They graciously accepted task and pin pointed what the issue was and gave me options. These guys are fantastic to work with. Brad is a great people person and a joy to work with. They stick to what they say they will do and don’t try to overcharge you. They have the knowledge and expertise I trust.
